Simon Adepetun was born to writer. From his humble beginnings in Whalley Range, Manchester to being awarded as the best graduating creative writer, fast forward to the here & now, Simon has been privileged to take his awesome Author visits, so far, to over 120 schools across the UK promoting reading for pleasure & creative writing, inspiring over 25,000 Students to use the power of their imagination, to mentor them to creative the best stories ever & to motivate them with his own story of hard work, grit & the ability to never give up, but follow your dreams

Simon Adepetun is a Patron of Reading of reading for 3 schools in Wigan, Runcorn & Altrincham. A friend to these schools, he helps to promote reading for pleasure throughout the school year using avenues encouraging the art of writing through writing competitions focussing on areas such as the essence of editing , use of powerful descriptive words just to mention a few

Simon Adepetun has a BA Hons degree in English ( specializing in creative writing) & also holds a PG Cert in Theatre Studies.
He combines this along with his wealth of experience as a former Nursery, Primary School & Secondary Teacher of English/English Literature fusing together excellent communication techniques that enables him to deliver interactive, engaging, fun filled motivational and inspirational sessions that focus on promoting reading for pleasure in Primary Schools, creative writing in secondary schools or a fusion of both.
